Confidence building
Confidence and stress are interelated. The more you allow yourself to become run down, the more stressed you will become. A combination of counselling skills, healing and visualisation techniques are used to aid confidence and has proved very successful in helping young adults in sporting activities.
Relaxation
A combination of Massage and Reiki aid relaxation, which helps in recuperation from the stresses of life.
